What the module does
Every item below exists in the product today; some are switched on per company during implementation.
Store → rack → shelf
Stock held per business unit and store, with rack and shelf masters.
Pharma item master
Batched item, shelf life, near-expiry days, sample %, label claim, drug registration number, date and renewal, schedule, and min/max/reorder levels. Each field can be shown or hidden.
FEFO batch picking
The batch picker sorts by expiry; Material Issue and Delivery Challan allocate the earliest-expiring batch first.
Assay-adjusted issue
Assay % captured at QC travels with the batch; Material Issue grosses up the quantity (required × 100 ÷ assay %).
Transfers
Between business units (STR → STN with receipt) and between stores.
Adjustments & write-offs
Stock Adjustment with import, Issue Return Note, and a Destruction Note for expired stock that posts its voucher.
Each step picks up where the last one left off
- Issues and challans allocate the earliest-expiring batch automatically
- Issue quantity is grossed up by the batch's assay %
- Expired stock is written off on a note that posts its own voucher
