Refund Policy

Introduction

This Refund Policy describes how refunds and cancellations are handled for ParaTech Pharma ERP software, implementation and related services. Specific commercial terms are always governed by your signed agreement or quotation with ParaTech Software Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd.

Software Licensing / Subscription Fees

Licensing and subscription fees cover access to the ParaTech Pharma ERP platform for the agreed term. Fees already invoiced for an active licensing or subscription period are generally non-refundable, except where required by the applicable agreement or law.

Implementation and Customization Services

Implementation, configuration and customization are delivered as professional services. Work performed, configured or delivered up to a cancellation date is chargeable and non-refundable. Any unused, pre-paid effort may be credited or refunded at ParaTech's discretion as set out in the engagement agreement.

Hosting / Support / SLA Fees

Hosting, support and service-level (SLA) fees are billed for a defined period of service. Fees for a period already delivered are non-refundable; future periods may be cancelled subject to the notice terms in your agreement.

Refund Eligibility

Where a refund is agreed, it will be limited to amounts pre-paid for services not yet delivered, less any costs already incurred. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period after approval.

Non-Refundable Items

Third-party licences, gateway or transaction charges, completed services, delivered customizations and elapsed subscription or hosting periods are non-refundable.

Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are governed by the notice period stated in your agreement. Services continue until the end of the agreed notice period.
