This privacy policy covers ParaTech handling of information, data and any assets collected by ParaTech or provided to ParaTech on sole discretion of its clients.

This app collects real-time GPS location data while using the app and in the background to mark attendance, track employee visits to designated locations (geofencing), and offer flexible time-based tracking options that users can control within app settings. This allows users to choose between continuous location tracking and limiting data collection to designated periods (e.g., work hours). We prioritize user privacy by securely storing all data and implementing appropriate security measures. Location data can only be viewed by the employee and their employer.

All client information collected shall use for the purpose it was meant to server as per agreement. Customer information which includes but not limited to NPI, PII etc. shall be safeguarded using adequate controls and security measures (such as, username and password), shared between ParaTech and its client.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure proper use of information, ParaTech has put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect in our applications. All of our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices.
In-case a customer or clients personally identifiable information changes (such as zip code, phone, email or postal address), or if a client no longer continues to use service, ParaTech shall correct, update or delete users’ personally identifiable information.
ParaTech ensures to notify changes to its clients in its privacy policy, all such changes are posted as part of this privacy statement, on our website and other places we deem appropriate so our users, customers and clients are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
