# Implementation methodology

Six phases, each closed with a signed acceptance, so both sides always know where the project stands.

1. **Requirements**: Plants, products, approval chains and reports mapped.
2. **Configuration**: Masters, stages, tests, BOMs and rights set up; items, customers, suppliers and chart of accounts loaded from Excel.
3. **Training**: Role-wise sessions: a store keeper, QC analyst and accountant each learn their own screens. Department champions are trained to support their teams.
4. **User testing**: Real scenarios tested and signed off; trial imports reconciled before the final cutover.
5. **Go-live**: Controlled cutover with opening stock by batch and opening balances verified, and our team on site.
6. **Support**: A dedicated team and contact person, updates, and WhatsApp and call support for the life of the system.

## After go-live

- Cutover: controlled switch, verified balances

- Stabilisation: daily issue triage and fixes
- Optimisation: workflows tuned to reality
