# Controls and compliance support

Controls the software enforces at the moment of entry, and the records that support inspections and FBR compliance.

- **Quality gates**: Material reaches stock only through an approved inspection, every allocated test must have a result, and QA releases each stage and every finished batch.
- **Batch & expiry records**: Batch, expiry and assay travel with every movement, with a stock ledger per batch and a document-chain trace from demand to issue.
- **Drug registration data**: Drug registration number, date and renewal on the item; drug-licence numbers and expiry on the customer.
- **Calibration control**: Calibration certificates with as-found / as-left results; a failed calibration takes the equipment out of use.
- **FBR Digital Invoicing**: DI number and QR printed on sale invoices, plus PRA POS per company.
- **Access & activity log**: Rights per form and role, check-and-approve steps, e-mail OTP sign-in and a log of saves, approvals and deletions with user, document, unit and IP.

## Enforced controls

- **No stock before QC release**: A GRN can only be raised against an approved quality inspection.
- **No skipped tests**: An inspection cannot be approved while any allocated test result is blank.
- **No self-release**: The person who produced a stage cannot release it in QA.
- **Yield checked every stage**: Each stage is tested against its minimum yield % before it moves on.
- **Earliest expiry leaves first**: Material issues and delivery challans allocate FEFO automatically.
- **Failed equipment taken down**: A failed calibration puts equipment Down until it passes again.
